RAINERI LANGHE BIANCO ELFOBIANCO

VINEYARD MANAGEMENT

  • Eco-sustainable, with grassing of the rows and copper and sulfur treatments as needed.
  • A thinning out at the beginning of August.
  • The grapes are harvested in 20kg baskets in mid-September, with manual selection on the plant.

VINIFICATION AND AGING

  • The stalk is removed by pressing, and the must is left to ferment in contact with the skins for 48 hours in a steel tank. Fermentation takes about 20-25 days at low temperature (12 ° -13 ° C).
  • Aging in steel on the lees for 4 months. The wine is consequently filtered for bottling, but does not undergo any clarification.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

  • Aromas: rennet apple, abbot pear, exotic fruits, bread crust
  • Taste: very fresh and drinkable, sapid, mineral, with an almond finish note
